Batch Schedule

I am trying to schedule a report to run daily as a pdf email attachment.  I go to Batch scheduler, name my batch, click next and browse to the folder that contains the report.  But none of the reports show up so I cannot select the one I want to schedule.  I am guessing I am missing a step that makes it possible to schedule a report?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am working in Workspace version 11.1.2.2.300.20.
