Choose Supplier in iProcurement - Can´t Generate emergency PO

Hello

I´m having a big problem.

Right now, when I create a "Non-Catalog Request" I have to choose whitch is the Supplier for my Requisition. With that I can generate an emergency PO.


But when I create a Catalog request I can´t generate an emergency PO -> because I don´t have the Supplier field filled in (it is not showing in the Menu).


Is there a way I can personalize this window so that, for the standard Catalog Request, I can generate an emergency PO?
