Inactive accounts, Active party sites
Hi Team,
Need a clarification on the customer accounts issues. Can you please confirm if we have one customer account which is 'inactive' status so what should be the default status of its respective party sites?
Actually we have issue here where customer are inactive however party assciated with that account is showing in 'active' status and due to this those active party addresses are able to queried at customer level like while creating the SR in depot repair. Issue is after creating the SR on those inactive accounts users are facing an issue. So I need to know is it not the default nature that if account is anactive so associated parties also should be inactive?
