Hi,

I am new to Oracle Field Services .

I have a small query and couldn't find any metalink notes on the same.

In our system, whenever the Task gets closed, the associated Parts Requirement also gets cancelled. Is that normally expected behaviour?

Business user says that wasn't the case until a small while ago. (He doesn't want the part requirement cancelled as it is behaving now)
