Agent Status = Blocked, Can I report on this?
For various reasons we are trying to track when an EM agent gets 'blocked' by the OMS. I can generate a report that will give me agent status on a regular basis, but the message in the report just states "unreachable" and we would like to single out those agents that are actually blocked. I do not want a historical view, I want to query on current blocked agents (and not include those listed as 'unreachable' because most of those occur if an agent is in blackout for example, it'll state unreachable).
