OEM 12c installing agent on Windows 10gr2 db

Hi

This is my first time to install OEM. I have OEM 12c on OEL 6.6 server and want to connect to an Oracle 10gr2 DB WIndows 2008 server.

I was able to install the agent on the Windows server and uploaded it using HTTP port and not HTTPS, as I am having issue with SSL certificate.

Anyway, If I go to SETUP>MANAGE CLOUD CONTROL> AGENT, I can see the agent. However, when I try to Add Host, it would not not find it.

I also tried creating a NAMED CREDENTIAL, and I get a "host not found" error. Reading some forums, it mentions about SSH. Is SSH needed, even though it's a Windows server?
