RDF based BIP Report generating Output file even if No rows are returned


As the outputs are delivered directly to user thru Delivery options of Scheduled Concurrent, users are annoyed to find BLANK page in attachment. Issue is being escalated daily...


Conversely, Oracle Alerts dont get delviered to user if there are no rows returned in the Alert qry
