Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact while connecting sqlplus

Reason for ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact could be :

permissions or /lib folder configuration files has not linked properly.

We are facing same issue in both 11gr2 and 12c oracle db servers newly installed,

please share your inputs on same to resolve this.
