Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. can't connect to db using sql*plus

after database created 10 win 2003, i can connect to system schema using em,sql developer ,forms and reports .

but when connect using sql*plus an error occurred

ora-12154 : tns:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
