PA_Transaction_Interface_All - update

Hi, I am receiving migrated transactions (historical) interfaced from Maximo (pre-accounted,pre costed). The txn source allows for interface adjustments and modifications. It appears as though the OU (in the Review Txn form) is incorrect on some expenditures - can (how) do I update it - I get an error message that the Project is not chargeable (but it has other expenditure items from the same org but with the correct OU).
