About Open UI Issue While Loggin in to Siebel 81114

Hi Friends,

    We have installed 8.1.1.14 for Open UI. Prior to this we were in 8.1.1.10. We have migrated now to 8.1.1.14.

For open UI , the login Page/screen is coming perfectly. While login , i am not getting the proper screen . This looks like as shown Below. All tabs are coming vertically.

Could you please suggest if something is wrong while migrating or some setting is missed.
