Ebtax translation

hi

i have primary ledger USD and reporting  currency ILS.

i am entering an AP invoice in USD . EBTAX convert it to ILS with the exchange date from the GL date . i need it to translate it with the exchange rate from transaction date .

is there way to do it in the Setup?
