Schedule ship date and WIP completion date is not in sync

Hi,

Using MRP,ATP.

For FG item ATP suggested scheduled ship date is 4/16/2015  11:59:00 PM.

We want the MRP suggested planned order > WIP job completion date should be in sync with the above time stamp.

Attached test case.

We need either schedule ship date time stamp could be the same of requested date time stamp or MDS due date should be 4/17/2015  00:00:00. So that MRP planned order would be generated accordingly.
