Query to get Closing balance of an account

Hi,

We have a requirement where we have to display the closing balance of an account in each period.

Below is the format,

Full Account Combination

Jul

Aug

Sep

Oct

Nov

Dec

Jan

Feb

Mar

Apr

May

Jun

If any one has developed such report please help us with the query.
