E1 9.1 Currency Decimal issue

Hi --

We are bringing up our China office on E1 (from World).  In E1, where the rest of the company is already live, the currency for CNY is set to 0 decimal places when it should be set to 2 (left over from the old RMB days?).  Anyway, there is some old historical data in the F0911, F0411, F03B11, etc. that has foreign amounts in CNY.  If we change the decimal on the currency, those numbers will be incorrect.  300,000 will become 3,000.00.  Is there a utility or conversion program in E1 that will help us correct the data or is
