Service Contract Invoice is not Generated - But Interface Line is showing in History

Hello,

Invoice is not generated for a Contract. But in Lines > Pricing/Products > Billing > History I can see Line is Interfaced to AR.

I wanted to check if it is possible Contract Bill line is not interfaced to AR, but shows in Billing History?

From Contract History it found this contract is edit for several times. I'm not sure whether Main Billing program is submitted while User is editing this contract back and forth.

Please help with this.
