Clone ORACLE HOME from exadata to non-exadata

Can I clone ORACLE HOME (grid, oracle) from exadata server to non-exadata server? Is there any difference from cloining from non-exadata to non-exadata?

The ORACLE HOME version is 11.2.0.3.6.
