Templates for the notification rules for Service Request - Customer Support
Hi
We have several questions about templates for the notification rules.
Questions:
1. On mail comes notification (Screen 1)
Link transition to HTML-service request not working, i have following
error: "ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved"(Screen 2)
We need to move following a link from a letter in HTML-form the Service Request.
2. How can I edit default templates for the notification rules and create new templates?
