Cannot copy transactions from prior reconciliation

Hi,

I'm supporting an ARM application (v11.1.2.3.501) and one of the users is trying to copy transactions from a prior reconciliation, but this option is grayed out. She was able to do this over the last several months, but now for some reason it is not possible anymore. This is the case for multiple reconciliations.

Why would she not be able to copy the transactions anymore?
