Adrelink Fails After Patch 17726123: adrelink is exiting with status 1

Hello,

After applying the following patch adrelink has the following error sequence on the relink of the "AD" modules.

Patch 17726123
LOADJAVA ISSUES DURING EBS PATCH 9535311...
Product Oracle Applications DBA (ad) 
Release Applications 11i


The following error sequence occurs for "adadmin","adaimgr","adchkdig","adwrknew" etc. in the adrelink.log and ultimately ends with:

adrelink is exiting with status 1
