Transaction period in header does not fall between bank start-date and bank end-date

Hello to all,

We have created a new bank, plus bank branch, and assigned a new bank account to it, but when we try to validate the bank file after it has been loaded into the interface tables, the con.request Bank Validation ends with a warning and the logfile says;

Transaction period in header does not fall between bank start-date and bank end-date

Anybody has an idea what I did wrong, because I setup the new bank, and branch plus the account the same way I did before.
