R12.1.3 : Description Warning Occurring while applying 'EMEA Add-on Localizations' patches

Hi,

We are in the process of setting up 'EMEA Add-on Localizations' or German in one of our instances. While applying the required 'EMEA Add-on Localizations' bug patches mentioned below we are getting a common warning in the patch log:

Patches Applied:

10164748, 10164748_FRC, 14730534, 14730534, 18835906, 20502924, 20470376, 20727225, 20733175 and 20733175_FRC

We are getting the below error message in the patch logs of all the above mentioned patches. Please let us know If this warning would bear any impact in the application functions. If it is an ignorable warning, please confirm.
