Is there any API to mass load CMRO OSP set up data

I am looking for an API in cMRO which will insert the OSP set up related tables. We have a lot of vendor, item/service/vendor relationships and therefore loading the setup programatically

AHL_INV_SERVICE_ITEM_RELS

AHL_ITEM_VENDOR_RELS

Any help is appreciated
