R12 Cancelling a Requisition at header level

Good day

We are trying to cancel a requisition and when we do, it cancels teh line but the header level still stays in an Approved state. I have found references to an enhancement request for versions 11.5.10, but can not see any relating to R12 except for Bug 5228305 which I cant find in the bug database.


Can anyone advise as to whether this is still being considered for enhancement in R12.1.3?
