What is the differences between two SRF files?

We have two SRF files, which are fully compiled from the same repository, but through different machines (i.e. from Siebel Tools, installed on the different servers).  They should be equal, but the SRFDIFF utility suggests otherwise... 

In the difference file diff_srf1_srf2.xml there are this type of comments:

<!-- Changed: Server script for XYZ Applet. -->

What is the reason for these differences ?
