E1 9.1 China Localization and P3B102

Hi --

When I try to add a new manual cash receipt via P03B102 with China localization turned on for my ID, I get the error "Invalid Version" as soon as I enter the program after clicking Add.  I do not get that error with other localizations turned on for my ID.  I know there are localization programs that need to have a version with the same version name as the program being used (for example: R75C03B1 for R03B505) but I can't find any documentation referencing what needs to be set up for P03B102.  I have attached screen shots of the error
