API PA_PROJECT_ASSETS_PUB.ADD_PROJECT_ASSET Question

Hi Folks,

1. How can I Insert/ Update / Delete Project Asset by Using above API.
    Is there any other specific API used for this operation to on Project Asset. Please help me out by providing the right API name to do the DML operation on Project Assets ASAP.

2. And While using the API PA_PROJECT_ASSETS_PUB.ADD_PROJECT_ASSET , I am getting Invalid Project ID error even after i have provided existing Project Id which I want to create

asset under it. Please help on this also.
