EMEA VAT: Allocation Errors Listing - INVALID_TAX_RATE_CODE

We are getting errors in the request EMEA VAT: Selection Process.

The erros report comes up with some lines with error code INVALID_TAX_RATE_CODE. This was because the enherit from reference doc was by default yes and the persons trying to change the tax rate from LOK_HOOG_0 (21%) to a LOK_LAAG_0 (6%) were getting erros. The rate switched to 6 and the amount was calculated correctly BUT the tax rate code was always reset to HIGH. By setting up the tax configuration Owner option for invoices we were able to change these tax rates and the incorrect LOK_HOOG_0 tax lines are cancelled.
