Unable to Reserve Quantity - Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation

Hi,

While trying to reserve an item, below error is appearing,

APP-INV-05045: Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation

I didn't find any reserved quantity for this item. Please see below On Hand Quantity Details. Available to Reserve showing 1

Also find below Availability Status from Order. QTY Reservable showing 0 !!

Error below while reserve,

Please help me to resolve this issue.
