SVP "Reset Levels" and other jobs are failing

Hi,

We have a strange issue in PROD environment.

We run following SVP jobs in PROD before running Baseline Aggregation Job.

Reset Levels, Reset Locks, Populate Locks and Acquire Categories.

However, sometime these jobs fail for some reason and log files does not much details about the failure reasons.

Has any body faced similar issues in Siebel Trade Promotion Management module?

We are NOT using ADLs for hierarchy.

We had many issues with Baseline data such as Accounts were not visible in SVP screen(which was due to Populate locks/Reset Levels) were failing in PROD and baseline aggregation was deleting Product Baseline data for certain accounts.
