link between the customer and order type

Hello

I would like to know if there is a way I can connect the Customer and the order type definitely not through oe_order_headers_all but a direct link up between Transaction_type _id and Customer name .

In the application when you go to the customer web page and when we set up the ship to and bill to , under bill to section we have " business purpose" tab there is a field called ORDER TYPE in that page where we can provide which order type we would like to see when we try to create an order for that customer in-order organizer. . I would like to know the link between these too. Can some one provide me the query. Thank you!
