Print selective 1099-MISC form Blank Sheet

We are in E1 9.1. We realized we needed to add legal name so we changed the address book and we are not trying to print selective 1099-MISC form blank sheet. We specify the address number from F04514 in data selection. The report is done but we dont get the output in BI publisher. We see the job status as FX- XML publisher error. I am not sure at this stage why we could not print one 1099 form separately in R045152 XJDE0001 version. Please assist
