PO Auto Sourcing didn't generate a new PO for a requisition

Hello,

I created a new requisition, approved and budget checked it.

Then I ran "PO Auto Sourcing" with the run control id that specifies the requisition id. It runs successfully but I don’t see any PO generated for the requisition. The log file says "zero staged rows processed."

I must have missed some thing here but I don't what. Thoughts?
