Does Oracle database use M10 software on chip features

These days I considered upgrading our Mx000 with more recent SPARC server models.

As we use them only for Oracle database I wonder if Oracle database uses M10 software on chip features.

I did not find any documents describing this. I found a lot of documents describing the chip features even the chips data formats and command sets but no one described if Oracle database does use this features.

Does Oracle database use M10 software on chip features?

Which releases are able to use SWoC.

Do I have to tweak Solaris or database to use SWoC?
