Trying to create timcard using saved timecard templates, the expenditure type is missing

Hello All,

Need help urgently, the expenditure type is missed when trying to create timecard from a saved timecard template.

Even on trying to create a new template, there is no LOV for the expenditure type. ( it should show as staright and overtime as types )

Please help.
