Encrypted Access with SIP/TLS for public Video Service without validating server certificate

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi All
Is it possible enabled TLS on a public SIP Interface for encryption purpose without authenticating the far-end.

Out customer wants to enable a kind of public video service which is encrypted with TLS/SRTP but the external public video server should not being authenticated.
Hence the SBC acts as a client and receives the external server certificate during TLS negotiation and should accept any certificate without validating.

Our customer runs on E-SBC 3820 with Rls.ECX 6.4
