IBM zS: z/OS 2.1 Upgrade causes Pro*Fortan precomplations to fail with message IEFC007I

We are testing our upgrade to z/OS 2.1 at present. On this we have the oracle 10 client which is used to run batch jobs against a z/Linux based oracle 11.2 database. We have JCL procedures which run the oracle profor pre-compiler and then pass its output to the fortvs2 compiler and then link and run the program if needed. These work OK on our current version of z/OS but under z/os 2.1 they all fail with the message IEFC007I EXEC STATEMENT KEYWORDS ARE RESERVED AND CANNOT BE USED AS SYMBOLIC PARAMETERS . Has anyone run into this problem or
