How to credit charges in Repair Actuals tab of Depot Repair

Hello,

Want to know  how to  refund(credit) charges submitted in repair actuals tab of Depot Repair. Should this be done in AR as a credit memo or can we do this in repair actuals tab itself.

Appreciate any guidance on this. Attached screenshot for reference.
