How to Source the OracleAS Oracle Home environment R12.2

Hi,

I am new the R12.2 and just completed install of base release Vision instance.  Next is upgrade to 12.2.4, so I've already finished required database patches, now I need to install Forms and Report 10.1.2 patch 18620223  as specified in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes (Doc ID 1594274.1)

The README.txt file of patch 18620223 says that I need to make sure 14825718 is already applied.  So here is where I am getting stuck.  I need to "Source the OracleAS Oracle Home environment" so I can check the inventory.  I am having trouble finding the instructions on how to do this on the R12.2 Vision instance.
