Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to add a new Failure Code to an existing Failure Set

Hi Gurus,

I have been requested to add a Failure / Cause / Resolution code to an existing Failure Set.

I am able to create the Code, however, when I go to the failure set and try and find it through the LOV I am not seeing any search results.

Is it because one a Failure Set has been created, we cannot add more codes to it?

Please help!
