Ops Center WEB UI shows Internet disconnected

We migrated our OC satellite server from an x6270 to an x5-2, both are on the same Solaris 11.2 build.

While the migration was mostly successful, we ran in to a few issues.

1) is the Internet disconnected  still shews as disconnected

2) The local agent which was original show connected, I tried solving issue 1 and doing an un-configure agent, then a re-Configure Local Agent, which I now have anther issue as the Local Agent is not willing to get configured.

Any help is appreciated
