Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How this process "Field Service Request for Service against Warranty & Out of Warranty" can be cater in Oracle R12 field Service ,

any guys has done map this process to Oracle Field Service personally and documented , it will be useful to forward me such document

it will be useful for me as there is a requirement from client side to cater this process.
