How to get more detail logs from BSSV HTTPCallbackListenerServlet?

We are using a BSSV to receive a HTTP Post from a third party, when I test this locally I get the following error in the BSSV log:

<SNIP>[DEBUG][BSSVFRAMEWORK]Execution started in doPost() of Listener service

<SNIP>[DEBUG][BSSVFRAMEWORK]Environment is missing in the callback url

<SNIP>[DEBUG][BSSVFRAMEWORK]Posted parameters or message are invalid, stop processing

However you can see in the call back URL that is created the Environment is in the URL listed as env=JDV900

I've verified that the HTTP POST is correct, and these are the parameters being passed:

Howdy, Stranger!
