Not able set Reporting Period

For a Specific Org,

Not able to Set Reporting Period in Projects Module.Also,When we run PA Check Setup

Period Details•Period Details For Application = Projects

•Period Type = 13Periods

•Number Of Periods Defined = 0

•Number Of Periods Open = 0

WARNING - There are no periods defined for this ledger and application

ACTION - There should be at least one period defined in the calendar for ledger 'XX PRIMARY LEDGER' and application 'Projects'
