Cannot get e1 Page Generator to work properly

I'm working with E1 v 9.1 Tools version 9.1.5.

Does anyone have a step by step process for installing and creating e1 Pages using the Page Generator? I am using document 1674258.2 and 1402941.1. I have downloaded and extracted e1pagegeneratorv501.zip and it successfully created the (9) folders as indicated within the document. That's as far as I seem to be able to go. 

The next step indicates to run the generatePages.bat file. I have attempted this but the zip.exe is not created. I read that you must 'have' zip.exe but I do not see where you install this. It needs to be in your 'directory or path'. Can someone advise how to install zip.exe? I am not a technical person.
