Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a problem applying the canadian legislation using :

java oracle.apps.per.DataInstall apps XXXXX thin lijqcc0:1522:INTG1

Dump from LCT/LDT files (E:\Oracle\env01\apps\apps_st\appl\pay\12.0.0\patch\115\import\pyseedbal.lct(120.1.12010000.8), E:\Oracle\env01\apps\apps_st\appl\pay\12.0.0\patch\115\import\US\loc_ca\pycabaltypes.ldt) to stage tables

Dump LCT file E:\Oracle\env01\apps\apps_st\appl\pay\12.0.0\patch\115\import\pyseedbal.lct(120.1.12010000.8) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
