OEL Linux see additional capacity on disk

Hello all,

I have a OEL 6.5 virtual guest running in OVM.  It has 2 virtual disks, one the boot disk and the 2nd for mainly applications. The 2nd disk needed to be bigger, so

I increased the size of it in OVM Manager and saved the new configuration.  When I query the disks in the VM the 2nd disk is not showing the increased size.

Is there a way to have the O/S see the extra space on the disk live with the O/S running, i.e. without needing to re-boot the server?
