A Personolization Required to Prevent the Merged Customer from Appearing in the Receipt Workbench
Hello Dears,
Can anybody help me to develop a personalization to prevent the Merged Customer from being appear in the Receipt Workbench.
I've been Merged Customers Account Without checking "Delete after Merge" Check Box, Now when the Users Entering a receipt
and choose the OLD Customer Number "Party" Its Still available at the Receipt Workbench.
As this is standard behavior of Oracle to keep the Party active at the Receipt, even after inactive the Party from "Customers Online Data Librarian Super User" Responsibility
Still appear in the Receipt screen, that's why I'm thinking to personalize the Screen ???
Please advice!!!
