What could make PEG_STATUS to 10 at requisition distributions

Hello,

Any ideas about what could make the PEG_STATUS to 10 at requisition distributions?

What happened to our clients' system are these:

- Pegging features are not  being used here

- It's strange that the PEG_STATUS for about 20 rows (out of hundreds of thousands rows at Requisition distribution rows) are 10 while the rest are all 40. They still seem to come in randomly too, though only 1 or 2 every week.

- When the ones with PEG_STATUS = 10 are sourced to PO and then to Receipt, the RECV_01 job fails at PO_RECVPUSH because the PEG_STATUS = 10 whereas they should have been 40.

We are trying to identify the root cause of PEG_STATUS being made 10 - at what point and by what user actions or processes?
