Cant get to Site Map for OAM

edited Apr 15, 2015 6:13PM in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle EBS recently upgraded to 12.1.3. I can navigate to OAM responsibility, and from there any OAM main screen (such as Patch wizard, etc) but I cannot get to the Site Map - It is shown at the top of the screen - but it is not a link.How am I supposed to get to it from here? thanks
